I liked the fact that he doesn't try to up sale you on items not necessary. I also liked that you deal directly with Blaise the owner during the entire process from start to finish and he was very accessible via cell or text to answer my questions. Blaise also kept me informed during the build process so I knew what was going on the entire time. Overall, Blaise built a great pool at an affordable price that will be enjoyed for many years. "Masterpiece Pools was excellent at maintaining an open line of communication, all Calls and text messages were returned promptly. Any issues that came up during design or construction were quickly addressed. Time from dig to pool completion was approximately five weeks. I would highly recommend them for any pool or backyard project."

"Ok, this is going to be long so get a cup of coffee and relax. My family wanted a pool but I didn’t want to build another one due to my last experience. I interviewed 6 contractors and my original builder (makes 7) to get a gauge of what we want and how much to spend. I’m the end I almost chose the devil I knew (original builder); however, driving home one day I saw a truck that advertised building pools. I called the number. It was Houston’s 2nd larger pool cleaning company. The owner advised me he’s too busy these days with the cleaning side and doesn’t build pools. He recommended Blaise Brandon if Masterpiece Pools. He said if he were to build another one he would hire Blaise in a second. I figured why not interview him since I’ve already talked to 7 builders. Boy..am I glad I did. I already had an idea of cost and all the BS sales tactics. When I met Blaise I was direct and told him my budget what I wanted and said what can you do? He educated me on equipment of what and why you should have and other areas of the process deep deep in the woods. I already knew most the answers but it was refreshing to have someone listen and advise options instead of trying to sell me something. If you want a stress-free build that will make you happy - choose Blaise. Blaise was at my site for every single second that work was performed. This keeps costly mistakes from occurring and loss of time in the build. I know because my other builder was never on site and I paid for it in time and monetarily. Blaise told me this is his policy and he went well above and beyond in my opinion. Plus it’s been years since we built with Blaise and he is still available to answer my questions as they arise in maintenance or help with any pool issue that may arise. Can’t recommend him enough. In fact, several of my neighbors built with him after and they are happy as well.
